Terms and Conditions for Runner Up Prize Winners

Please read below for Terms & Conditions you are agreeing to these when you book your session:

SESSION AVAILABILITY

Mon & Weds with Keely and Tues and Thursday with Belle in Studio (Based in Traralgon, Gippsland)

Mon & Weds with Keely and Tues and Thursday with Belle in Sunset Sessions (CANOLA IS IN A PRIVATE CANOLA FIELD IN GLENGARRY AND HAS LIMITED SPACES)

FULL FAMILY POLICY

All members of family must attend (Furbabies are very welcome)

DUE DATE

Bookings are open for September & October as Canola is seasonal we may need to move bookings around based on getting the best out of the flowers.
(we can fit newborns in where needed message us to talk dates if you need later in the year but these wont be canola if outside of Sept/Oct)

CLAIM PRIZE TIMEFRAME

You have 3 days to claim your date/session before we hand your gift onto the next winner in line

DEPOSIT

We require a $200 fully REFUNDABLE deposit, this deposit is either refunded at your ordering appointment, or you might decide to use towards purchasing a package. You will only lose this deposit if you dont show up to your session (No Show) or dont cancel 7 days before your session.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

We will conduct an Ordering Session where you get to see your images for the first time. These can be done in person at the studio or via zoom. Your free print or credit will expire 4 weeks after your ordering session.
