Please read below for Terms & Conditions you are agreeing to these when you book your session:

1 x 14” Wood Print (Value $350)
1 x Session Fee (Value $200) This covers our time capturing you
Note* You are welcome to upgrade once you see your images

SESSION AVAILABILITY

As we are quiet a large studio we have mulitple photographers who work with us. Below is the schedule of each just in case you would like someone specific to capture your memories.

Monday - Belle

Tuesday - Tayla

Wednesday - Tayla

Thursday - Belle

Limited weekends available upon request

Brunswick studio and St Kilda sunset sessions mainly conducted by Belle

OUR LOCATIONS

Full time availability in our local town and surrounds (Traralgon)

Limited availability in our studio in Brunswick

Limited availability for beach sessions in St Kilda (Sunset)

We do maintain a wait list for our Melbourne locations so if you want to book a Melbourne date and there isnt one that suits your timeline please reach out to us as we only book a couple of months ahead in this location.

FULL FAMILY POLICY

All members of family must attend (Furbabies are very welcome)

DUE DATE

Bookings are open for February & April!
(we can fit newborns in where needed message us to talk dates if you need later in the year)

CLAIM PRIZE TIMEFRAME

You have 3 days to claim your date/session before we hand your gift onto the next winner in line

DEPOSIT

We require a $200 fully REFUNDABLE deposit, this deposit is either refunded at your ordering appointment, or you might decide to use towards purchasing a package. You will only lose this deposit if you don’t show up to your session (No Show) or don’t cancel 14 days before your session.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

We will conduct an Ordering Session where you get to see your images for the first time. These can be done in person at the studio or via zoom. Your free print or credit will expire 4 weeks after your ordering session.
