Terms and Conditions for Runner Up Prize Winners

Please read below for the Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to these when you book your session:

SESSION AVAILABILITY

Tues and Thursday in Studio

Weds Sunset Limited

Limited Weekend Sessions (Wait List)

Existing bookings are not eligible to use a voucher from a giveaway, they must book a new session

FULL FAMILY POLICY

All members of the family must attend (Furbabies are very welcome)
There is nothing worse than Mama loving her images and regretting Dad not being in them

DUE DATE

Bookings are open for July, August and September only, unless Newborn or Maternity Sessions (reach out to discuss dates for these)

CLAIM PRIZE TIMEFRAME

You have 3 days to claim your date/session before we hand your gift to the next winner in line

DEPOSIT

We require a $200 fully REFUNDABLE deposit, this deposit is either refunded at your ordering appointment, or you might decide to use it towards purchasing a package. You will only lose this deposit if you don’t show up to your session (No Show) or don’t cancel 7 days before your session. This is set up to avoid no shows when I have turned about full paying clients for the giveaway winners.
